There's a saying that "Health is Wealth". Health is probably the most precious of all of the things in life. If perhaps we shed the health of ours then we lose everything. Neither is there any enjoyment nor there's any chance of earning the livelihood of ours properly if our health is deteriorated.

To keep ourselves healthy, probably the most vital thing we require is nutrition. This nourishment and nutrition is derived from a healthy and a healthy diet. A balanced diet is nonetheless a major problem in a lot of developing countries. The people who are economically vulnerable are deprived of well balanced diet. In developed countries there's the issue of over nourishment leading to obesity that is a major cause of heart diseases. Heart diseases have become the major root cause of death in the advanced western countries.
