I guarantee the ikaria lean belly juice (try this site) foods you and I merely cannot resist aren't carrot sticks. In fact, these nuts are ones that cause cancer, diabetes, a fat belly, along with much more harm to your body...

Thus, what is yours?

Could it be donuts? Maybe french fries or perhaps chips? Those trans fats are damaging to the insides of yours! What about mac & pizza and cheese? Smooth drinks stuffed with high fructose corn syrup? Sugar-loaded muffins, biscuits, and cakes? Or even have you thought about foods as pasta, cereals, and breads that many folks falsely imagine are "healthy"?

Again, the most terrible foods are some of those that you will continue consuming until you practically make yourself sick.

For many it is ice cream. For others, it is candy, chocolate, or perhaps something crunchy and salty like fries or chips. For me personally, it once was any kind of bread, in addition to virtually any type of sugary chocolate as red liquorish.. or jelly Bellies.

Years ago... Once I'd begin on the bread at a restaurant, and begin on my stash of candy, I was hooked.

I'd be like some crazed addict and feel like I could not get enough. (just one more small number of those scrumptious jelly bellies)...
