TCM even suggests keeping the kidneys warm to boost your body's immune system so make absolutely sure your back is wrapped up well.

5. Make your house a haven by creating sensuous experiences and surrounding yourself with soothing items. Take long hot baths, and also have loads of scented candles, fairy lights and luxurious blankets in your house.

6. Being outside can lift the mood of yours as well as help battle the lethargy so strategy in some very long country walks or enjoy some sport outside in the weekends.
